Bushfire Survivor
Tuesday, February 5, 2013
Here is one of the survivors of the devastating fires at Coonabarabran.
He is a small male sugar glider. The juvenile glider was separated from his mother during the fires and weighs just over 65 grams but is now eating well and in safe hands with WIRES volunteer Sarah. “He’d usually be back-riding his mum at this age so he needs lots of care. He loves being groomed (combed by a mascara brush).”
